The Co-op

This is one of the most important messages that you want to
read and act on it fast. Definitely, I'll have my own share
for this co-op because I've made it my commitment to be in
Success Univeristy for the long run... and so do a few
leaders that I have in my team as well.

You'll find out more and more good news from Daegan below,
and if you can see Daegan's clear vision of helping our
team, you know that if you put your own effort in this
business, you can't help but to succeed.

For some, it will be a quick way to reach your goals
(whatever they are). FOr some, it will be awhile because
of your learning curves and your own personal pace in
'getting it'. Whichever group you are in, be sure to
always keep in touch with your upline in case you need
help - that's the best way to show that you're serious in
the business, and to show that you are a team player.

And, if you have hot prospects considering to join, tell
them that now is a good time to be on our team. FOrward

Let’s take it up a notch with an ad Co-op!

I am more excited about this month’s co-op than I have ever
been about any of our team’s past co-op, just read this
email and you’ll see why!

Ok guys, it’s time to quit playing around. Our business is
growing by leaps and bound everyday and it’s time that we
let the world know about it again.

The best way to do this is through a massive advertising
campaign and the best time to do it is NOW while
SuccessUniversity is still young.

Last month our co-op hit all the the major internet
marketing, network marketing, home business, and affiliate
marketing ezines with our message, we did PPC marketing, had
100 articles written and distributed and we grew by almost
700 people between January and February!

Here’s why I started the co-op,

I know not all of you on the team have the expertise to run
your business online so a couple of our team leaders and I
will do it for you through an ad co-op.

How will the co-op work?

Each member of the co-op will purchase a share. Our team
leaders will locate and investigate the best places to run
our advertisements and then we will place the ads.

Once the ad runs, each member of the team who purchases a
share in the co-op will receive their equal share of the
traffic produced.

What are the advantages of having an ad co-op?

The advantage of this is that we will be able to leverage
the experience and knowledge of those who are doing well as
an entire team.

I personally sponsored 193 so far, and I want to use my
knowledge track record of success to help give you a jump
start towards doing the same.

Think what would happen if we could combine my track record
of success with a much larger budget in a way that everyone
on the team can take advantage?

Well that’s what the co-op is all about - shared success.

I want everyone on our team to have the opportunity to
achieve financial freedom through their Success University
business.

I think this ad co-op is going to be a powerful step in that
direction.

Two other big benefits of the ad co-op . . .

1. Spreading risk: By doing our advertising as a team no one
will be at the mercy of one bad ad. What I mean is . . . If
you’re out there placing ads alone and you spend $80 on one
ad that just tanks your $80 in the whole. On the other hand,
if you put you ad dollars into our co-op your risk will be
spread over several ads so you will have more upside
potential and less overall risk.

2. Your prospects will love the fact that we have an
advertising co-op and many will be happy to have the option
to simply have us do all their advertising for them. This

will be a great benefit to point out while prospecting.

The specifics for this month:

This month’s co-op will consist of Many unique aspects.

I want to hit the ezines hard again. So, what I’ll do first
is re-evaluate our best ad spots from last month and then
our team leaders and I will create an entirely fresh and new
home biz solo ads to market then we’ll place and track the
ads with ezines that we already have a track record of
success.

The benefit of doing this is that we already know that these
ad spots have a track record for success, so we already know
that these ads will do well. This means we’ll get a higher
response rate per dollar spent. (Using our team co-op funds
effectively and efficiently is the key to our success)

Here is where it gets exciting! This aspect of the co-op
will be known as the first ever “Perpetual Co-op”

Here’s why . . .

In my marketing of Success University I have found that I
generate the best quality of leads and new team members
through people that join my business by buying one of my
information products first and then being exposed to Success
University as a business.

These people have raised there hand and said that they are
interested in improving how they promote their network
marketing business using the power of the Interenet by the
simple fact that they purchased from me.

When these people subsequently join Success University they
are business builders and not just business lookers. Along
with this in promoting an Info Product online I have been
able to generate lists of targeted subscribers that know and
trust me.

Who better to shoot a quick email to invite them to join our
team. When I send email like this to my own lists generated
by promoting a front end product I have the highest
conversion ratio of lead to free trial sign up compared
against any other online method I have ever used.

Why?

Because in this model instead of borrowing someone elses
list of subscriber for a one time ad I am able to create my
own list that I can develop a relationship with and market
to whenever I want.

That’s true leverage.

Until this point I have not been able to help the team using
this method of marketing because I hadn’t thought of an
effective way to do it until now. One of our team members
Chantal suggested that we should use a copy of Net MLM
Profits and brand with a team SU co-op link and then sell it
as part of the co-op, so that when people join SU through
the link in the eBook the join on of our team members
instead of directly below me.

I thought about it for a while and decided the idea was
genius!

Because as a team we can do far more advertisng than I can
as one person, so we can sell many more copies of the guide
than I can as one person and hence many more Success
University team members than I can as one person.

The two largest benefits of this is that the sales that are
generated will pay for the initial marketing cost that are
put forward and we can generate a large list that we can
subsequently market Success University to directly as a
team. So at the end of the month when the list is generated
we will send out a broadcast as team to the entire list
promoting Success University through our co-op links and
generate even more sign ups and an extremely high conversion
rate.

And guess what?

All profits produced selling the eBook as a team will
directly go back into marketing the eBook even further, so
essence in join this one month’s co-op we will generate a
life time of traffic and sign ups by plugging the profits
back into promotion. That’s why I call this portion of the
co-op a “Perpetual Co-op”. I have never seen this done
before so we will be the first to do it and benefit by it
for a lifetime.

That being said, that’s just the beginning!

Second, we will venture into an entirely new market.

Up until this point we have done all of our team marketing
via online methods. Well, not anymore! We are going to take
our first step offline via postcard marketing!

One of our team members and accomplished direct marketing
expert, Joe Barbarite, has been working hard behind the
scenes to secure two coveted offline marketing lists. And
his hard work will not go unrewarded.

Not only has he secured our postcard campaign with both
Success and Achievement Magazine (Circulation 15k+) and
Entrepreneur Magazine (600k+) he has actually taken the next
step and creating a amazing postcard for us to market to
these lists.

With that large of a market we will be able to take our team
co-op big time in subsequent months!

But that’s not all!

Third, this month I want to add a long term traffic
generation aspect to the co-op, If you’ve had a chance to
look at the team eBook you will see that article marketing
and
distribution is the best way to do this.

So, I will begin to research, write, and have written at
least 100 personal development, internet, and network
marketing articles for the co-op that will be widely
distributed across the internet.

This will produce a larger scope of exposure to our business
and it will generate long term traffic to our lead capture
pages.

Ok, Next . . .

We will focus our online advertising with larger contextual
ad firms so that a more than adequate amount of traffic is
generate per share. I ‘ve generated a high converting lead
capture page to further help in this end.

This portion of the co-op will consist of co-reg marketing
i.e. Success University’s top recruiter Rachel Long’s
marketing methods, but with our own twist!

I am currently reworking the follow email series for this
portion of our of our co-op advertising using a few tricks
of my own. In the background I’ve been testing online video
as a way to increase conversion and I’ll tell you what it
works.

So what we are going to do is create our own 60 email series
of email follow up messages to use with our co-reg and lead
generation portion of our co-op that will incorporate the
use of online video to increase trust and believability in
the eyes of our prospects which will equal increased
conversions for us as team over the long haul.

If you’ve read this far and you don’t understand exactly
what I’m talking about don’t worry. What I am saying this
co-op will far surpass all of our co-op of the past and it
will be our first step towards taking our marketing REALLY
Big time!

To make it simple:

It means more leads, better leads, and higher conversions
for everyone involved.

Let’s take this to the next level! As you can see, your
team leaders, are out here working hard for you. I’ve
personally never been involved in a co-op as extensive as
ours and this has already set us apart from the rest of
Success University. I am proud to be able to serve the team
in such a fashion.

Everyone who participates in the ad co-op will get one share
as I discussed earlier and we will disperse the traffic
equally via a URL rotator so everyone will get an equal
amount of traffic.

When leads fill out your opt in page you just follow up via
email or phone with your prospect and when they sign up
under you you get the credit!

That’s using leverage if you asked me!

The reason that I am putting this co-op together is I want
to insure our team’s success. As I said before I want to
help as many of you as I can attain financial freedom here
with
Success University.

Guys and gals I’m throwing out all the stops!

My heart is beating so fast just thinking of what’s to come
AGAIN!

I will only ever see success in our future and you have my
word that I will NEVER give up on you as long as you don’t
give up on your dreams.

am putting a cap on the number of shares. This month we will
take no more than 120 highly motivated business builders who
are willing to contribute just $80 to the co-op to pay for
their share. This will keep results consistent and targeted
by limiting our shares in this way.
