First off . . .

It’s been less than 24 hours and we have already had 25
shares reserved at my last count and it always makes me
happy to see that many of the shares reserved were reserved

Starting yesterday I opened the enrollment window for the
co-op.

I generally leave this window open for about one week or
until all shares are sold, whichever comes first.

Judging by the fast action of many members of our team, we

than a week.

Each member can reserve up to but no more than 3 shares in
the co-op.

The reason for this is I want to allow team members to use
the co-op as tool in their marketing arsenal, but I very
much don’t want people to use the co-op as their sole
traffic generation method.

It’s highly effective, but the truth is your business will
take off to a new level when you master the skills of
creating targeted traffic on your own and using your
marketing skills to control the overall growth of your

Becoming a proficient marketer whether it be online or off
takes time and I understand that, so while you are learning
the skills to be an independent internet network marketer
you have the co-op to lean on to help you generate some
highly qualified traffic to your Success University lead

It’s a huge leverage so if you need it I suggest you use it.

Back to the explanation of how our team co-op works . . .

Once all shares are reserved or the co-op window closes I
will take all of our co-op members Success University lead
capture page URLs and add them to a URL rotator so that when
traffic is generated it is divided equally between all
members of the co-op.

This process normally takes me about a day of set up.

After that it’s off to the races . . .

I generate targeted traffic for our co-op members using
multiple tried and true traffic generation methods including
Google Adwords, Article Marketing, and Getresponse power
leads campaigns to name a few which I continually test and
track and I direct all traffic to our team co-op front end
lead capture page found at:

Once a lead opts in through this lead capture page there are
then immediately added to our team co-op Getresponse auto
responder account as well as forwarded to our team URL
rotator and co-op lead capture pages.

For every opt in on the front end their will be one lead
capture page view.

In my history of doing our team co-op I have found this to
be the best way to generate extremely targeted lead capture
page views because the lead is double qualified in the
process.

That is . . .

Before they even get a chance to view on of our team’s lead
capture pages they have to opt in to our team lead capture
page listed above.

those people that do opt in on the back end to your lead
capture pages are highly qualified.

They had to double confirm their interest by opting in twice
to view your Success University sales page.

This increases conversions on the front end.

So the question is raised?

How many people double opt in?

About 65% will opt in through your Success University lead
capture page on the back end after opting into our front end
lead capture page.

That’s fine . . .

Because once they opt in on the front end my TRUE work
begins.

We send all of our leads to a front lead capture page and
collect them in a team auto responder for a very important
reason.

It allows us to send these leads personal follow up emails
on a daily basis.

In creating a “co-op list” we are actually creating a pool
of qualified prospects that we can develop a relationship
with and market to as much as we want over the course of
time.

So my biggest job as the administrator of our team co-op is
to consistently and continually develop a relationship to
these leads once they have opted in.

I do this by sending our leads list an email twice a day.

Once in the morning with a high value relationship building
email and once in the afternoon with a more sales pitch type
email and always giving our leads a good reason to come back
and check out Success University through our team URL
rotator link.

Using this formal last month this generated about 900 to
1000 unique site views a day on the back end through this
email marketing technique, but more importantly the people
that click on our Success University link in this format are
in a much more open frame of mind to view Success University
because they decided to click on the link as a result of our
relationship building email process.

This will create a steady flow of high quality leads for you
to your lead capture page over the course of the month that
our co-op will be in effect after we begin marketing and
promotion.

The great thing for you about this format is at this point
we already have a bank of 25,000 leads on our list that
already know and trust us, so we already have a pre built
market that will be adding to once promotion begins.

Second, because we already have a large list you should
start to see leads and traffic to your lead capture page as
soon as we begin marketing and promotion.

Even better, the amount of traffic and leads will grow over
the course of the month as this list of prospects grows and
becomes more comfortable with our mailings.

Why not just set up an auto responder series and send that
out to the list?

This is a good question and the truth is we could and it

A quick update on the email I sent you yesterday about my
newsletter ad mailing.

As of right now that ad has produced over 430 leads and has
generated 33 new team members. That’s about $1.62 a lead and
about $21 per sign up with a conversion ratio of lead to
sign up of 7.8%.

I will give you a final total next week when the ad run
comes to completion.

I continue to get very positive responses from the members
of our last month’s team
co-op based on its performance and so this brings up two
topics:

I am creating this series of messages because I want to give
you an additional and highly powerful way to promote your SU
business that will give you a concise step by step model to
follow, increase your conversions and team growth over the
course of time, and last but not least help give you a
unique voice and a unique relationship with your leads so
they will absolutely want to be a part of whatever it is you
are doing.

I got asked the question earlier today of “How do I make
myself stand out from the crowd online if there are so many
people promoting Success University?”

This series of emails is the answer to that question.

I want to break down this entire process into simple parts
so that you can understand exactly why it works so
effectively and the task that you need to do set up a
similar system for your own success.

For the team co-op I direct all traffic to
http://www.comlev.com and then the traffic is redirected to
a redirect page which set’s the leads expectations to
receive an email from us, that they are going to be
forwarded to an important site very soon. Also we are able
to place tracking code on that site so that we can track the
effectiveness of what we are doing.

Some of the leads opt into the SU lead capture page after
the initial opt in and some don’t and that’s fine because
all of our leads are going to our own autoresponder on the
front end.

So to make this simple the first things you need are

1. A Personal Lead Capture Page
2. A Personal Redirect Page With Customized Text And Our Own
Personal Tracking Code
3. An Autoresponder

Next in the process is writing relationship building emails
to the leads on the list consistently twice a day.

Once the leads are captured by our lead capture page the
next thing that I do is I set out to contact the leads in a
personal way with the optimal goal of writing one email that
is informational in the morning and one email that is more
of a sales pitch in the afternoon.

Then do this consistently until the leads unsubscribe, join
our business, or make personal contact.

That’s really all there is to this system.

Doing this will show your leads that you are consistent in
your actions and this consistency will lead to implied
trust. Over the course of warming your leads up through
personal email they will become more open and receptive your
offer for joining your SU team.

The format of the emails:

The morning email is more informational.

Kinda like this email that your reading right now. The only
difference is I generally ad a small ad for Success
University as a top sponsor and as a P.S. statement.

These emails are generally about anything I’m thinking about
that I think my leads will find value in.

For example . . .

A course I took as a member of SU, a CD or personal
development tape I was currently listening too, personal
interaction that I have, new exciting happenings in our
business etc.

If you think about it form this standpoint you really can
never run out of content.

The email in the afternoon is usually more of a hard sale
strongly worded pitch with a big reason for the lead to join
our SU team.

For the second email, I sometimes take a headline or a
testimonial from our SU sales page, give the email an
appropriate headline and then add the following text at the
bottom.

Then I sign of (actually in both emails with)

Doing this creates a consistent click through rate i.e.
target traffic to our team’s lead capture pages of about 300
clicks in the morning and 700 at night on average. (The list
we have accumulated for the team co-op so far is about 20k)

All this traffic is completely in my control.

Now the one thing that we have not discussed is where I get
traffic from to opt into the lead capture pages.

Simple!

Google Adwords And GetRespone Lead’s campaigns . . .

I suggest if you are going start using this marketing method
to your advantage that you also start with these two methods
as they are very simple to use and can create opt ins to
your list as early as tomorrow.

Only after getting a hang of the format and generating
consistent traffic using these two methods should you
consider expanding your traffic generation repertoire.

But . . .

The great thing about this, is every email that you send out
to your list is content that you can also use to generate
traffic in other methods like blogging and writing article.

So what this means is after you write an email to your list
you can archive it on a blog so that search engines can
eventually spider your content add it to their natural
search listings.

Over time this can create a strong search engine presence
for you and your list.

An example of this is the way that I post article to our
team blog.

I send the message out to the team, but then I also post it
online to our team blog because I know the search engines
will spider it and add it to their database and over the
course of time this can create free search engine traffic to
your blog and your web presence.

Further you can take same content that you used first as an
article and then as a blog post and you can add a resource
box with your name and a link to your Success University
lead capture page on it and then post that SAME content as
an article in online article directories.

All this from the simple process of generating traffic that
generates a list and then emailing that list consistently.

I hope you can imagine the sort of web presence that you can
create over time by following this format.

More importantly . . .

If you spend your time developing a list where you develop a
relationship with the people on that list then you have
created an additional ASSET in the process of growing your
SU downline.

Heaven forbid anything happens to SU . . . You will still
have your list and the relationship with the people on that
list to fall back on.

I know all this may sound confusing and you might not see
the whole big picture of what I’m trying to teach with this,
but in the next couple of days I will be creating videos
that will show you how to do each and every step that I’ve
described to you here.

Take some time to get your mid around these new concepts and
we’ll move on tomorrow.

Remember this advanced internet network marketing system is
based on you creating your presence and your own
relationship with your leads and using that to drive traffic
to your website and create content that can be leverage in
other ways.

Simply the ideas this and the rest of the emails in this
series discuss are aimed at helping you create your own
captive market and then delivering content and value to them
so that you create a win win scenario between you and them
so that you can leverage to create increased success in your
business for less money and less time.

That is, if you choose to use the system that I am going
through here and over the next couple of day once you have
everything set up and in motion your only job will be to
write two emails a day and then respond when someone
contacts you personally.

Remember . . .

The ultimate job for us as Success University distributors
in an online sense is to get as many people to our lead

page to your prospects in an open and trusting frame of

If you choose to create a blog at wordpress.com, I can't

Here is where it gets exciting! This aspect of the co-op
will be known as the first ever “Perpetual Co-op”

Here’s why . . .

In my marketing of Success University I have found that I
generate the best quality of leads and new team members
through people that join my business by buying one of my
information products first and then being exposed to Success
University as a business.

These people have raised there hand and said that they are
interested in improving how they promote their network
marketing business using the power of the Interenet by the
simple fact that they purchased from me.

When these people subsequently join Success University they
are business builders and not just business lookers. Along
with this in promoting an Info Product online I have been
able to generate lists of targeted subscribers that know and
trust me.

Who better to shoot a quick email to invite them to join our
team. When I send email like this to my own lists generated
by promoting a front end product I have the highest
conversion ratio of lead to free trial sign up compared
against any other online method I have ever used.

own list that I can develop a relationship with and market

going to do it again, but bigger . . .)

I thought about it for a while and decided the idea was
genius!

Because as a team we can do far more advertisng than I can
as one person, so we can sell many more copies of the guide
than I can as one person and hence many more Success
University team members than I can as one person.

The two largest benefits of this is that the sales that are
generated will pay for the initial marketing cost that are
put forward and we can generate a large list that we can
subsequently market Success University to directly as a
team. So at the end of the month when the list is generated
we will send out a broadcast as team to the entire list
promoting Success University through our co-op links and
generate even more sign ups and an extremely high conversion
rate.

And guess what?

All profits produced selling the eBook as a team will
directly go back into marketing the eBook even further, so
essence in join this one month’s co-op we will generate a
life time of traffic and sign ups by plugging the profits
back into promotion. That’s why I call this portion of the
co-op a “Perpetual Co-op”. I have never seen this done
before so we will be the first to do it and benefit by it
for a lifetime.

That being said, that’s just the beginning!

Second, we will venture into an entirely new market.

Up until this point we have done all of our team marketing
via online methods. Well, not anymore! We are going to take
our first step offline via postcard marketing!

One of our team members and accomplished direct marketing
expert, Joe Barbarite, has been working hard behind the
scenes to secure two coveted offline marketing lists. And
his hard work will not go unrewarded.

Not only has he secured our postcard campaign with both
Success and Achievement Magazine (Circulation 15k+) and
Entrepreneur Magazine (600k+) he has actually taken the next
step and creating a amazing postcard for us to market to
these lists.

(We now have the postcard copy and we will run it this month
in the mix of everything else!!!)

With that large of a market we will be able to take our team
co-op big time in subsequent months!

But that’s not all!

Third, this month I want to continue our long term traffic
generation aspect to the co-op, If you’ve had a chance to
look at the team eBook you will see that article marketing
and distribution is the best way to do this.

So, I will begin to research, write, and have written at
least 100 personal development, internet, and network
marketing articles for the co-op that will be widely
distributed across the internet.

This will produce a larger scope of exposure to our business
and it will generate long term traffic to our lead capture
pages.

Ok, Next . . .

We will focus our online advertising with larger contextual
ad firms so that a more than adequate amount of traffic is
generate per share. I ‘ve generated a high converting lead
capture page to further help in this end.

This portion of the co-op will consist of co-reg marketing
i.e. Success University’s top recruiter Rachel Long’s
marketing methods, but with our own twist!

I am currently reworking the follow email series for this
portion of our of our co-op advertising using a few tricks
of my own. In the background I’ve been testing online video
as a way to increase conversion and I’ll tell you what it
works.

(We will use this again, but we will add to it!)

If you’ve read this far and you don’t understand exactly
what I’m talking about don’t worry. What I am saying this
co-op will far surpass all of our co-op of the past and it
will be our first step towards taking our marketing REALLY
Big time!

To make it simple:

It means more leads, better leads, and higher conversions
for everyone involved.

Let’s take this to the next level! As you can see, your
team leaders, are out here working hard for you. I’ve
personally never been involved in a co-op as extensive as
ours and this has already set us apart from the rest of
Success University. I am proud to be able to serve the team
in such a fashion.

Everyone who participates in the ad co-op will get one share
as I discussed earlier and we will disperse the traffic
equally via a URL rotator so everyone will get an equal
amount of traffic.

on growing without me.

OK, about Daegan's team co-op...

Daegan mentioned briefly in his message below but I want to
grab your attention on the results from co-op advertising.

I've been on Daegan's co-ops since I joined this business
early this year. Although I put my effort in promoting
Success University myself, I can see that those who
participated got a few signups as well. I also see that
my downline could only get their first signup after two
co-op participations while others get more.

But believe me! Co-op marketing works and if you get the
right people to join, your team will explode...

I joined early this year and saw my sponsor quit the next

Apart from joining the co-op, you should also do your own
marketing. Roll up your sleeves and get into it. You'll
have fun learning and earning at the same time.

What does all this mean?

This means you now have all the information that you need to
produce large scale and MEASUREABLE results in your

I hang my hat on one mantra . . .

If you can generate 100 leads in your Success University
business a month you will soon have a large and thriving

Taking Time Off

It's time of the year that I need to take a rest and this time I'm going with my family for a week vacation in Sabah, Malaysia. My wife and I will be hiking, I guess, the tallest mountain in South East Asia, Mount Kinabalu.

Don't Send Your Ducks to Eagle School (Excerpted from Leading an Inspired Life)

The first rule of management is this: don't send your ducks to eagle school. Why? Because it won't work. Good people are found not changed. They can change themselves, but you can't change them. You want good people, you have to find them. If you want motivated people, you have to find them, not motivate them.

I picked up a magazine not long ago in New York that had a full-page ad in it for a hotel chain. The first line of the ad read, "We do not teach our people to be nice." Now that got my attention. The second line said, "We hire nice people." I thought, "what a cleaver shortcut!"

Motivation is a mystery. Why are some people motivated and some are not? Why does one salesperson see his first prospect at seven in the morning while the other sees his first prospect at eleven in the morning? Why would one start at seven and the other start at eleven? I don't know. Call it "mysteries of the mind."

I give lectures to a thousand people at a time. One walks out and says, "I'm going to change my life." Another walks out with a yawn and says, "I've heard all this stuff before." Why is that?

The wealthy man says to a thousand people, "I read this book, and it started me on the road to wealth." Guess how many of the thousand go out and get the book? Answer: very few. Isn't that incredible? Why wouldn't everyone go get the book? Mysteries of the mind...

To one person, you have to say, "You’d better slow down. You can't work that many hours, do that many things, go, go, go. You're going to have a heart attack and die." And to another person, you have to say, "When are you going to get off the couch?" What is the difference? Why wouldn't everyone strive to be wealthy and happy?

Chalk it up to mysteries of the mind, and don't waste your time trying to turn ducks into eagles. Hire people who already have the motivation and drive to be eagles and then just let them soar.

Let’s take it up a notch with an ad Co-op!

I am more excited about this month’s co-op than I have ever
been about any of our team’s past co-op, just read this

Ok guys, it’s time to quit playing around. Our business is
growing by leaps and bound everyday and it’s time that we
let the world know about it again.

The best way to do this is through a massive advertising
campaign and the best time to do it is NOW while

Last month our co-op hit all the the major internet
marketing, network marketing, home business, and affiliate
marketing ezines with our message, we did PPC marketing, had
100 articles written and distributed and we grew by almost
700 people between January and February!

I know not all of you on the team have the expertise to run
your business online so a couple of our team leaders and I
will do it for you through an ad co-op.

How will the co-op work?

Each member of the co-op will purchase a share. Our team
leaders will locate and investigate the best places to run
our advertisements and then we will place the ads.

Once the ad runs, each member of the team who purchases a
share in the co-op will receive their equal share of the
traffic produced.

What are the advantages of having an ad co-op?

The advantage of this is that we will be able to leverage
the experience and knowledge of those who are doing well as
an entire team.

I personally sponsored 193 so far, and I want to use my
knowledge track record of success to help give you a jump

ads with ezines that we already have a track record of
success.

The benefit of doing this is that we already know that these
ad spots have a track record for success, so we already know
that these ads will do well. This means we’ll get a higher
response rate per dollar spent. (Using our team co-op funds
effectively and efficiently is the key to our success)

Here is where it gets exciting! This aspect of the co-op
will be known as the first ever “Perpetual Co-op”

Here’s why . . .

In my marketing of Success University I have found that I
generate the best quality of leads and new team members
through people that join my business by buying one of my
information products first and then being exposed to Success
University as a business.

These people have raised there hand and said that they are
interested in improving how they promote their network
marketing business using the power of the Interenet by the
simple fact that they purchased from me.

When these people subsequently join Success University they
are business builders and not just business lookers. Along
with this in promoting an Info Product online I have been
able to generate lists of targeted subscribers that know and
trust me.

Who better to shoot a quick email to invite them to join our
team. When I send email like this to my own lists generated
by promoting a front end product I have the highest
conversion ratio of lead to free trial sign up compared
against any other online method I have ever used.

Why?

Because in this model instead of borrowing someone elses
list of subscriber for a one time ad I am able to create my
own list that I can develop a relationship with and market
to whenever I want.

That’s true leverage.

Until this point I have not been able to help the team using
this method of marketing because I hadn’t thought of an
effective way to do it until now. One of our team members
Chantal suggested that we should use a copy of Net MLM
Profits and brand with a team SU co-op link and then sell it
as part of the co-op, so that when people join SU through
the link in the eBook the join on of our team members
instead of directly below me.

I thought about it for a while and decided the idea was
genius!

Because as a team we can do far more advertisng than I can
as one person, so we can sell many more copies of the guide
than I can as one person and hence many more Success
University team members than I can as one person.

The two largest benefits of this is that the sales that are
generated will pay for the initial marketing cost that are
put forward and we can generate a large list that we can
subsequently market Success University to directly as a
team. So at the end of the month when the list is generated
we will send out a broadcast as team to the entire list
promoting Success University through our co-op links and
generate even more sign ups and an extremely high conversion
rate.

And guess what?

All profits produced selling the eBook as a team will
directly go back into marketing the eBook even further, so
essence in join this one month’s co-op we will generate a
life time of traffic and sign ups by plugging the profits
back into promotion. That’s why I call this portion of the
co-op a “Perpetual Co-op”. I have never seen this done
before so we will be the first to do it and benefit by it
for a lifetime.

That being said, that’s just the beginning!

Second, we will venture into an entirely new market.

Up until this point we have done all of our team marketing
via online methods. Well, not anymore! We are going to take
our first step offline via postcard marketing!

One of our team members and accomplished direct marketing
expert, Joe Barbarite, has been working hard behind the
scenes to secure two coveted offline marketing lists. And
his hard work will not go unrewarded.

Not only has he secured our postcard campaign with both
Success and Achievement Magazine (Circulation 15k+) and
Entrepreneur Magazine (600k+) he has actually taken the next
step and creating a amazing postcard for us to market to
these lists.

With that large of a market we will be able to take our team
co-op big time in subsequent months!

But that’s not all!

Third, this month I want to add a long term traffic
generation aspect to the co-op, If you’ve had a chance to
look at the team eBook you will see that article marketing
and
distribution is the best way to do this.

So, I will begin to research, write, and have written at
least 100 personal development, internet, and network
marketing articles for the co-op that will be widely
distributed across the internet.

This will produce a larger scope of exposure to our business
and it will generate long term traffic to our lead capture
pages.

Ok, Next . . .

We will focus our online advertising with larger contextual
ad firms so that a more than adequate amount of traffic is
generate per share. I ‘ve generated a high converting lead
capture page to further help in this end.

This portion of the co-op will consist of co-reg marketing
i.e. Success University’s top recruiter Rachel Long’s
marketing methods, but with our own twist!

I am currently reworking the follow email series for this
portion of our of our co-op advertising using a few tricks
of my own. In the background I’ve been testing online video
as a way to increase conversion and I’ll tell you what it
works.

So what we are going to do is create our own 60 email series
of email follow up messages to use with our co-reg and lead
generation portion of our co-op that will incorporate the
use of online video to increase trust and believability in
the eyes of our prospects which will equal increased
conversions for us as team over the long haul.

If you’ve read this far and you don’t understand exactly
what I’m talking about don’t worry. What I am saying this
co-op will far surpass all of our co-op of the past and it
will be our first step towards taking our marketing REALLY
Big time!

To make it simple:

It means more leads, better leads, and higher conversions
for everyone involved.

Let’s take this to the next level! As you can see, your
team leaders, are out here working hard for you. I’ve
personally never been involved in a co-op as extensive as
ours and this has already set us apart from the rest of
Success University. I am proud to be able to serve the team
in such a fashion.

Everyone who participates in the ad co-op will get one share
as I discussed earlier and we will disperse the traffic
equally via a URL rotator so everyone will get an equal
amount of traffic.

When leads fill out your opt in page you just follow up via

Success University ’s 29-year old CEO Matt Morris distributes enough food and hygiene products to feed 400 families

Dallas – Success University united with Feed The Children at Reconciliation Outreach in Old East Dallas, TX, on Wednesday, February 22 to feed approximately 400 poverty stricken families. Eighty percent of Old East Dallas’s population is considered below the line of poverty.

“We are very grateful to receive this food from Feed The Children; we feed 125 people everyday, and this truck load will allow us to not only help those here at Reconciliation, but allow us to reach out to the community,” said Carolyn Smith, Financial Administrator and Children’s program director for Reconciliation Outreach Ministry.

Eight hundred boxes of food and hygiene products were delivered to Reconciliation Outreach in an 18-wheeler provided by Feed the Children. Families and their children lined up behind Reconciliation Outreach where they each received a full box of food products and a full box of hygiene products.

“This is the first truck that Success University has sponsored,” said Larry Jones, president and co-founder of Feed The Children. “And it illustrates Success University ’s commitment and dedication to helping those in need.”

Since July 2005, Success University has been running a campaign where students may enroll in a 14-day free trial, for only a $2 processing fee, that is donated to Feed The Children. In just a few months they have donated $19,600 dollars to the Feed The Children foundation.

“I can remember being in poverty while living in my car,” said Success University ’s CEO Matt Morris . “While that was definitely a great learning experience for me, I made a promise to myself that I would always do as much as I could to prevent others from being in that situation when I was fortunate enough to do so.”

Internet Marketing Vs Network Marketing?

Which one do you want to venture into?

Internet business? Or, network marketing business?

In my opinion, you have to find out what you really want
(money, good contact, getting new knowledge etc.). Then
learn and investigate. Yes, you might fail in either one
of both - be it in network marketing or internet marketing.
But sometimes, you don't really fail but you're actually
progressing towards your goals.

Let me give you an analogy. You build a website and do
lots of traffic generations, and you are spending your
hard-earned money for two months now. Results - no sale.
No income.

Then you quit, put down your website and look for other
avenues of income.

What you didn't know was...

If you keep doing what you've been doing, you will make
your first sale on the third month, fourth month and so
on. You will be generating income from your internet
business. But, this all will never happen if your story
was written only until month 2.

You might think that this story is fictitious and yeah,
a story to make you feel good but nothing more than that,
but what if I said that this actually happened to me?
To tell you the truth, it really did happen to me and
I hope it can be an inspiration to anyone reading this
article too.

I made my first sale only after three months on the
internet and by that time, I have spent lots of money
powering up the business. But, it all is worth it now
- knowing that I've got more than I invested before.

Back to internet marketing vs. network marketing...

My take is... find a way to do both.

start to know more about doing network marketing on the
internet.

to your network marketing program. All of this can be

based network marketing program. I know that they already

It's also good to have a separate personal email account for
Success University. You can open a free account at gmail.com
and have the freedom to include a signature at the end of
all your email messages.

Don't be limited by including this signature file only when
you send email about Success University. Include your signature
file even if you send jokes, stories or pictures to your friends.

2. Start participating in forums or discussion boards.

For a start, find 3 forums which are related to what Success
University has to offer. These forums can be about internet
marketing, self-development, affiliate marketing, working at
home, public speaking, motivations and many more.

Make sure that you are allowed to include a little signature
file in your forum posts. Then, use the same signature file
that you use in your emails as your forum signature file as
well.

Then commit yourself to post 5 messages every other day on
these forums. If you have more time, you can do more.

However, don't start promoting Success University in those
forums. Instead, ask questions, reply to comments, and answer
questions asked by others. Basically, you participate in the
discussions with no intention to blatantly advertise your
Success University program.

Well, the good part is... you've actually been indirectly
promoting your Success University program through your
signature file in every forum post, whether you've been
discussing the weather, the business or anything at all.

Once people get to know and trust you on these forums, they'll
be more willing to learn about your Success University and
click on the link in your signature file.

That's two tips that I can give you for today. Apart from
getting prospects from the co-op, everyone has to make an
effort to personally sponsor new people. If you have problems
in anything related to Success University, check Internet
MLM Success guide first, then check with your upline. Your
upline have vested interest in your success as well. So, let's
work as a team.

Greetings To Everyone!

First off, a special welcome to all new members who just
recently joined us. We've had members from all across
the globe join our team. That's what makes Success
University so special, it truly is a global opportunity like
no other. S.U. is in over 120 countries and counting!

Can you say GROWTH? But here is the exciting part,
Success University is still in it's infancy stage. This
means there is still TREMENDOUS growth ahead of
us. There will be tens, and tens of thousands of people
seeing the potential of this business and joining as
well in the near future.

Yes, there will be some exciting times ahead. I urge
you to make the decision to stick with it, make plans
to be hear for a year, and I know you will be surprised,
delighted and excited by what has transpired at the end
of the year in your S.U. business.

I can say with out hesitation, that Success University
works! I have been in S.U. approaching almost four
months now, and I can tell you that my downline line
and checks continue to grow each month. Now I'm not
in the same league as the big boy's yet, but I have
seen the light and know that I will get there...sooner
rather than later.

And I should mention that I am doing this on a part
time basis. Like many of you I have a job to go to,
and a small family with two small children that look
forward to "Daddy" time. My devilish 2 year old little
girl is notorious for seeking me out when ever I am
home, bless her heart. I refuse to shut them out,
so most time I am working on my biz with my little
girl buzzing around me.

My point is that by working my business only on a
part time basis (distractions and all) it is continuing
to grow. So if I can do it with my limited time, so can
YOU! If you already know that this is the right business
for you, then I suggest you focus your concentration
like a laser on building your business and making this
your best year EVER!

I haven't even mentioned yet how you are now part of a
dynamic, motivated and very creative team with many
experienced marketers and networkers in your upline.
One of your upline members, Daegan Smith who is a
phenomenal internet marketer and is creating some
absolutely incredible business building tools that are
available to our team only. Daegan is really doing great
things for the growth of this team.

So what you have already is a fantastic business, that is
being made even better by some members of our team.
I guess now you know why I am excited about where
we are headed.

I hope were able to listen in to last nights faculty call with
Dr. Stan Harris. It was awesome to say the least. He
spoke mostly of the fears most people have and how to
break through them. If you didn't get a chance to listen to
it keep an eye out for an email from S.U that will contain
a link to the replay of the call. Listen to it, it's really good.

Anyway, I've gone on long enough. I look forward to working
with many of you so that we all can have a tremendous
year. I plan on having one...I hope you do to!

Also keep a look out for an email from Daegan very soon
regarding this months ad co-op. If your new to the business
and don't know how to market or where to begin, the ad
co-op is a great place to start. You'll be leveraging some
of your advertising dollars with many others that gives us the
ultimate leverage for building our team growth. Our last
couple of co-ops have topped out at over $10,000 each
time! That buys us lot's of exposure.

2. Signed up PageSwirl for a website rotator service.

If you have talents in writing, do start writing to generate traffic to your Success University website. If you don't think you can't write a single article, I'll tell you how to do it in the future. Hint, you can even have your own articles without writing a single word.

FYI, Big Article Directory is my own website and I have plan to grow our team using this website too. Just be patient and I'll tell you more when the time is right. Oh, Daegan's articles that I've mentioned above are already in the database. You can see one here and it's distributed by iSnare. So far, I received 2. 3 more will come later.

Domain Names to Promote Success University

Registered 2 domain names for team promotions today. These domain names will be masked with ad rotator - meaning that whenever someone visits these websites, they'll be directed to my downline's Success University sign-up page. Whoever takes a tour on Success University and eventually signs up with Success University will go to my downline sign up.

This is one way for me to easily help my team members, who are all still on a learning curve.

Today, Daegan sent me lots of articles for article marketing. I'm excited but I'll hold on until next time when I post again. I'll tell you how article marketing can be a huge, huge advantage to those in my team.

Success University - A New, Fun Journey Is About To Be Written

I've been looking for a program to profit online in 2006 and also to recommend to my mailing list. I've already mentioned about helping 20 people to make money from the Internet at the end of 2004 but I had to put that project on hold until recently.

So, here I am.

At the end of 2005, I began looking for a home-based business that majority of people could do it part-time and create a secondary $500 income or a $10,000 per month retirement fund.

I also subscribed to a few mailing lists (ezines) and came across advertisments from Daegan Smith about Success University many times. I started to investigate the business more and found out that Daegan actually built a system to recruit, sponsor, develop, train and help his team. He details his system in his ebook called "Internet MLM Success".

Soon, I knew that Success University was the right one for me.

I was actually looking for a working system more than the program. I believe that if I did not have a proven system, my downline would not be able to duplicate me. Yeah, it's true that I could create the system myself but jumping on a system which is already working is definitely a smart thing to do.

So, on 21st December 2005, I signed up with Success University in Daegan's organization. He had a co-op web rotator and I was placed under one of his downline members, Marion Moore Sr.

It didn't take me a lot of time to realize that Success University is a really good and solid program to put my full effot to grow the business in 2006. I visited all the pages in Success University's back-office to get familiar with everything regarding the program.

Daegan also sent me a copy of his $97 Internet MLM Success guide for me to digest on his system. I finished the ebook in no time and before I knew it, I've been exchanging emails with Daegan so many times that I said to myself, "that's it! I'm ready".
